Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Atelier DTG. All of our products are made to order through our third-party manufacturing partners, and we strive to handle returns and refunds in a fair and transparent way.


1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
After 14 days, we cannot process return requests except in cases of manufacturing defects.


2. Non-Defective Returns (Change of mind / Wrong size ordered)

For non-defective returns:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition

  • The item must include any original packaging if applicable

  • A return shipping fee of $4.49 applies (paid by the customer)

  • Return shipping may either be billed separately or deducted from your refund

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item

Trying the item on briefly for size is acceptable. Wearing, washing, or damaging the product voids eligibility for a return.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • misprinted

  • or you received the wrong product

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For defective items:

  • We cover all return shipping costs, OR

  • We may send a replacement without requiring the item to be returned

This is in line with our commitment to fairness and transparent manufacturing standards.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Because all products are custom-made on demand, we cannot accept returns for reasons outside our stated policy.


5. Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, the fastest method is:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Send back the qualifying item

  3. Place a new order once your return is accepted

This ensures you receive the exact product you want without delays.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on your bank

  • The $4.49 return shipping fee (for non-defective returns) will be deducted from the refund unless billed separately
