SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS, MANUFACTURING METHOD & ISTISNĀ’ CONDITIONS

5.1 Print-on-Demand Manufacturing

Atelier DTG operates as a Print-on-Demand business. All products are manufactured after you place an order. We do not keep inventory, and all items are produced by our trusted third-party manufacturing partners.

5.2 Istisnā’ Agreement (Manufacture-to-Order)

By placing an order, you enter into a manufacture-to-order contract (Istisnā’) for the creation of a custom product according to the specifications you select.

We aim to operate in a manner consistent with Shariah principles by ensuring clarity in:

  • product specifications

  • price

  • manufacturing process

  • delivery expectations

  • inspection rights

  • defect handling

5.3 Product Specifications

You must provide accurate specifications (size, color, print, variant, etc.) when placing an order.
We manufacture your item exactly according to the specifications submitted at checkout.

5.4 Lead Time & Delivery

Production and fulfillment times shown on product pages and at checkout are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on manufacturer workload, carrier delays, or external factors.

5.5 Inspection & Acceptance

You must inspect the product upon delivery.
For any defect, misprint, or non-conformity, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

If no notification is made within this period, the product will be considered accepted as delivered.

5.6 Defective Products (Seller Responsibility)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • We will replace or refund the product.

  • We cover all return shipping costs, or we may authorize a replacement without requiring a return.

This is in accordance with the Islamic principle of protecting the buyer from harm.

5.7 Non-Defective Returns (Customer Responsibility)

For non-defective returns (e.g., wrong size ordered, changed mind):

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping cost of $4.49 is the customer’s responsibility.

The return shipping fee may be billed separately or deducted from the refund amount.

5.8 Risk & Ownership

Ownership of the product transfers to you upon delivery.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

5.9 Color Representation

We make every effort to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy due to variations in device displays.

5.10 Right to Limit Sales

We may limit sales of products to any person or region and may discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 6 — ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide up-to-date and accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders placed under the same account, billing address, or payment method.

We may offer access to third-party tools and services “as is” without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

Our products are manufactured by third-party production partners. We do not produce the items ourselves.
Any issues involving manufacturing defects will be handled in coordination with these partners.

Any submissions, suggestions, or comments you send may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.
